Radish and Anchovy Butter Finger Sandwich Recipe

Radish and Anchovy Butter Finger Sandwich
Recipe



INGREDIENTS

3 canned anchovy fillets, drained

1 tbsp (15g) butter, at room temperature

4 slices white bread, thinly cut

5 radishes, very thinly sliced


Finely chop the anchovies and then use a fork to mash them into the butter. Mix until
really well combined. Spread 2 slices of bread with the anchovy butter, then add a layer
of radish slices on each. Top with the remaining slices of bread, remove the crusts, and
cut into finger sandwiches. Serve immediately.
